The wonderful jam and chutney makers of the Friends of Harington have got together to sell you their produce despite the sad absence of the Harington Christmas Sale this year.
POND SQUARE STALL, SATURDAY 12 DECEMBER, 11AM – 2PM
The Friends will be running a stall in front of the HLSI, where we sell Harington fresh produce in the summer. They hope to have some mini-hampers as well as individual jars. Everything will be Covid-safe, asking people to choose their purchase(s) from a list before approaching the stall to buy, so that contact is minimal and quick.
Please tell your friends, and please offer the right money! We might be able to include payment by card, but this is very uncertain.
For sale, for between £2.50 and £3.50 a jar, with a few small jars at £2.

CHRISTMAS WREATHS FOR SALE
If you would like to order one of Leila Hodge’s lovely Christmas wreaths, please contact her on leila@sloth.uk.net. She will create one especially for you, according to your preferences, for a very reasonable £25. A small number of her wreaths will also be on sale on the 12 December Pond Square stall.
ALISON’S CLICK AND COLLECT
For those that cannot make it to the stall, Alison Dart, our Pond Square stall organiser, will run a Friends’ version of Click and Collect from her home in Highgate.
To order
You can place an order by phone or text on 07966 519201, or email alisondart49@gmail.com
If you order by email, please put Harington Home Produce as your subject and Alison will watch out for this.
To pay
Please pay in one of the following ways:
(i) bank transfer (Friends’ bank details from Alison, with your name followed by Jam)
(ii) cheque made out to The Friends of the Harington Scheme
(iii) cash - the right amount in a sealed envelope, please
To collect
You can collect your order, by arrangement with Alison, from 49 Cholmeley Park, N6, or, if Muswell Hill is more convenient for you, from Rosalind at 1 St James’s Lane, N10.
We hope that most people will be able to come and collect their jars, but if necessary we can arrange a delivery to you.
I do hope you will support us, as we haven’t had much scope for fund-raising this year and the Scheme does count on our Friends’ donation. But whatever the case, I hope you have a very happy festive season. I think we all need it!
Many thanks,
The Friends of Harington
