Please bring donations to either of our shops during opening hours so our team can safely receive, sort, and prepare items for sale.

- We are unable to accept electrical goods, even if working, as we do not test them.
- Items accepted may vary between shops depending on space and demand.
- Please do not leave donations outside the shop — items may be damaged, stolen, or disposed of before we can process them.
We gratefully accept:
- Good quality, clean clothing
- Shoes (in pairs and good condition)
- Bags and accessories
- Jewellery and watches
- Books
- CDs, vinyl, DVDs and Blu-rays
- Small musical instruments
- Homewares (china, glassware, ornaments, pictures, collectables, kitchenware)
- Toys and games (complete sets preferred)
- Stamps and coins
- Bric-a-brac and small gift items
We’re unable to accept:
- Anything broken, dirty, unsafe, or incomplete
- Electrical items (we do not test or PAT test goods)
- Large furniture items
- Mattresses, bed frames, or bulky items
- Soft furnishings with filling (duvets, pillows, cushions, bean bags)
- Used bedding, towels, or linen
- Safety equipment or helmets (e.g. cycle helmets, motorcycle helmets, car seats)
- Prams, pushchairs, buggies, or highchairs
- Suitcases
- Firearms, weapons, or kitchen knives
- Real fur items
Shop Volunteers
Our volunteers play an important role in helping us sort, price, and sell stock.
Volunteering is a great way to gain retail experience, meet new people, and support a local charity making a real difference.
