25 hours - 5 hours x 5 days per week (these hours could be more flexible and spread across 4 days, if required) - Scale F £20,806 - £23,230 pro rata (based on 37.5 hours per week).
Actual Pro-rata Salary: £13,870 - £15,486
The Role:
The Administrative Assistant will be required to work as part of a busy Business Support Team providing an efficient and effective administrative and support service to meet the needs of the charity, as well as being the first point of contact for students, visitors and callers. The role is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the Scheme.
The post holder will take specific responsibility on a daily basis for a number of administrative tasks.
The post holder will be required to be courteous and respond to general enquiries, seeking support where required, and must be adept at multi-tasking in relation to a variety of administrative duties.
This post involves working closely with young people and vulnerable adults therefore appointment will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Barred List checks.

Administrative Assistant (Finance and Data)
8 hours per week (these can be flexible across the week to suit the requirements of the applicant, but there would be a preference for these hours to be spread across 2 days) - Scale S - £22,897 - £25,302 pro rata (based on 37.5 hours per week).
Actual Pro-rata Salary: £4,885 - £5,398
The Role:
The postholder will work as part of a busy Business Support Team that ensures the smooth running of the charity. The Data and Finance Administrator will assist with basic bookkeeping and payroll administration and the maintenance of student and stakeholder records using appropriate CRM and database software.
The post holder will be required to work closely with the Business Support Manager and the postholder with support the production of accurate and timely data reports and returns to meet the business information needs of the charity. The post-holder must be adept at multi-tasking a variety of duties effectively and maintain strict confidentiality.
The post holder is required to familiarise themselves with all policies and procedures and to comply with them at all times.
